Intellectual Property
Once full payment is received:
The client owns the final website or design
ARAA Studio may showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Website downtime caused by third-party services
Issues resulting from client-provided content
Termination
Either party may end a project with written notice. Work completed up to that point must be paid for.
